In the absence of a bad drop, water damage or other physical damage, this phone could either have a failed NAND chip or a failed U2 chip on the board. but if anyone could help that would be great. ![]() ![]() ![]() im really scared that nothing will be saved on my phone, or im going to have to get a new phone. i have a PC, not an apple computer, if that helps at all. i have tried re-installing itunes and restarting my computer to see if it helps, but nothing has changed. it spins for a few seconds and freezes, and won't move again. the restore option was fine until it got to the part where the apple logo comes up with the little spinning loading circle underneath of it after it finishes. of course the update option didnt't work. i did what it said and tried the update option before the restore option. i have looked everywhere online to try and find the problem and tried the recovery mode for the phone. nothing has happened to my phone that i can think of that would have caused the phone to stop working like this, other than a few minor drops here and there. and i woke up today to the apple logo on my screen. but i didn't just install it recently, it was a week or two ago. I have the newest iOS installed on my iphone 6. ![]()
